How to Do Regular Maintenance for Diaper and Sanitary Pad Machine

Keeping A good performance for the machine, regular maintenance is very important.  There is some suggestion when doing regular maintenance for diaper and sanitary pad machine.

Lubrication and Maintenance

The correct lubrication can prolong the service life of the machine, improve efficiency and reduce failures.

We suggest you choose recommended grease.

1. Reducer

Please refer to the following instructions:

1.) Reducers distributes in transmission units of the main machine and packaging machine, which is common worm gear and worm reducer;

2.) The environment temperature is -10 ℃ ~ + 60 ℃, the temperature is below 0 ℃ environment, before starting the lubricant must heat to 0 ℃ above or the low point of lubricating oil, best no-load running before opening a few minutes;

3.) Reducers Deposited or stopped for four to six months, oil seal is probably no lubricant, recommend replacing oil seal. For rubber oil seal glue on a shaft or aging lost stretch and lead to performance down;

4.) Should be a regularly oil indicator to check the amount of oil, in the right range;

5.) Users in the use of former must refer to the table below varieties and the amount of oil choose to add the lubricating oil, first run a month (200 ~ 300) hours, cleaning internal, change note new oil, every about 1000 hours after oil once, no more than half a year is suggested;

Avoid mixed-use different oil or grease.

2. Linear sliding rail, linear bearings

Linear sliding rail, linear bearing the lubrication and maintenance, please refer to the following instructions:

1.) Linear slide rails distributes in the packaging machine in three fold material push unit;

2.) Every two weeks with oil;

3.) Using lithium and manufactured (AV2) of the 68 CST type oil or the same type of other labels lubricating oil.

4.) Avoid using mixed oil or grease.

3. Chain

For the chain lubrication and maintenance, please refer to the following instructions:

1.) The chain is distributed in the folding yards unit of the packaging machine;

2.) lubrication every 1000 hours once again and tensioning again;

3.) pasting hotly grease each year;

4.)Oil can use GRMU 2 (AGIP), Alvania R2 (SHELL), Beacon 2 (ESSO), Mobilus 2 (MOBIL) equal types of other labels lubricating oil.

5.) Avoid using mixed oil or grease.
